B2B customers cannot ship on their own accounts:

  • Checkout only offers the merchant’s shipping accounts
  • Corporate FedEx, UPS, or DHL numbers cannot be stored on the customer
  • Wholesale buyers use different carriers by location
  • Staff re-enter account numbers on admin-created orders
  • Support tickets pile up around “use our account”

Customer-owned carrier accounts at checkout:

  • Customers save courier, account number, and method on their account
  • Checkout offers “Use my shipping account” alongside your carriers
  • Admins configure unlimited couriers and methods
  • Staff can use saved accounts when creating orders in Admin
  • Optional display masks for how the method appears on orders and emails

Use My Shipping Account is for Magento merchants whose B2B and wholesale customers bill freight to their own carrier contracts. Shoppers pick a saved account at checkout; registered customers manage accounts from My Account. Admins can add accounts on behalf of a customer and disable frontend management when you want staff-only control.

Requires the free MageMaclean Core module (magemaclean/m2-core), installed automatically when you use Composer. Coming soon on Adobe Commerce Marketplace.
